Guest Speaker: Dr. Ranen McLanahan, Program Director and national speaker for the Kern Family Foundation

This session will explore how to cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset in engineering students, focusing on strategies that encourage lifelong curiosity, connect classroom content with societal needs, and prepare students to meet the challenges of an evolving world. Faculty will learn practical teaching techniques to integrate these principles into their courses, ultimately empowering students to think innovatively and apply their knowledge to real-world problems.
