Ready to connect with others and build our book study community’s collective knowledge? This semester we will read Think Again by Adam Grant. The book explores how quickly we form thoughts and opinions, yet how rarely we pause to revisit or evaluate them, even in a rapidly changing world. Adam Grant emphasizes the importance of rethinking our assumptions and being willing to reconsider views we may hold too firmly. Grant also explains how to encourage this same habit in others. He organizes the process into three levels: individual rethinking, interpersonal rethinking, and collective rethinking.
